Vintage card and technology sites I visit regularly.

Forums

Vintage Baseball Card Forum - the longest running vintage forum.
Vintage Non-Sports Cards Chat Board - the only non-sports cards forum that covers 19th c. material
Full Count Baseball Card Forum - newer vintage baseball forum.

Auction Sites

eBay - still the best place by far to build a collection
Robert Edward Auction (REA) - terrific annual auction in April/May
Mastro Auctions - 6 times a year, always with good material
Old Judge (Lew Lipset) - annual auction, lowest buyer's premium
Mile High Auction - bi-annual auction. I've had good success with this one
Sloate Auction - small auction with quality material
Clean Sweep Auctions (Steve Verkman) - monthly auctions
Goodwin & Co. Auctions (Bill Goodwin) - bi-annual auctions
Huggins & Scott

Grading Companies

SGC - the only grading company I use for vintage cards
PSA - the biggest of the grading companies.

Collector Sites

Vintage Ball - Postcards, real player photos, miscellany, detritus
Boxing Cards - More boxing cards than anywhere else
Ben's Vintage Baseball Card Collection
Caramelcard's Vintage Collection
19th & 20th Century Cards - extensive vintage collection
Scott's Vintage Card Page
Blue Heaven - all things Dodgers
more to come

Website Tools

Highslide Javascript thumbnail viewer - the best thumbnail viewer yet, and it's free
ActiveWidgets JavaScript Components - good set of JS tools. The grid is now easier with Google Docs, though.
